Dana Siegmund is both an Empowerment Coach and HeartLink’s Office Manager.
Dana has training in several coaching methodologies and strategies, including TregoEd and SMART Learning Systems, among others. He believes we all have the answers inside of us to the complex or troubling situations that arise in life. He sees his role of coach as someone who works alongside you to empower your personal sense of control, to set attainable goals, and to identify your unique strengths in measuring your own success.
Dana’s approach includes helping clients closely assess and disassemble complex situations, and to view themselves objectively. He employs Clifton Strengths, the Enneagram, and the Myers-Briggs personality identifiers as potential lenses to investigate personal situations. His strengths as a coach include helping people achieve specific goals, institute change in their lives, or make difficult decisions.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism (University of Georgia 1996), and a Masters and Specialist Degrees in English Education (University of Georgia 2000, 2008) he draws his experience from his ongoing work for more than twenty years in public education as a teacher, advisor, leader, and administrator.
He has two teenagers and prioritizes the secure bond of all his most important relationships. Dana is excited to join our team as a Coach and help people discover the peace and joy of clarity and success.
