If you are a current client and have an urgent need to speak with your therapist, please indicate that fact in a message and follow any instructions that are provided by HeartLink Counseling’s voice mail at 404-960-7484. In the event of a medical emergency or an emergency involving a threat to your safety or the safety of others that requires immediate assistance, please call 911 or go to your local emergency room. If experiencing a mental health or substance abuse crisis that does not require immediate intervention for safety purposes but does require immediate attention, please call the Georgia Crisis and Access Line 24/7 at 1-800-715-4225. Crisis information should never be communicated through email or text message; however, please leave a voice mail if you required crisis assistance from one of the above resources.
